Jason has a broad background in the Chinese manufacturing automation industry.  As a control systems engineer, he has been in-charge of programming and commissioning of numerous process automation projects.  He has also worked closely with discrete manufacturers and OEM equipment suppliers in China to provide automation solutions that improve product and process performance.  Jason's extensive experience and intimate knowledge of the Chinese market provides expert guidance to global companies interested in serving the Chinese manufacturing, energy, and utility sectors. 

Prior to joining ARC  Chinese organization, Jason served as Industry Sales Manager and later as Marketing Manager at B&R Industrial Automation (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. 

Jason earned an MBA degree at Zhejiang University and a Bachelor's degree from Changchun University of Science and Technology.
