Speaker Guidelines

General Information
Thank you for accepting our invitation to participate in this forum.  We believe that you will make an important contribution to this forum.  Your session moderator will contact you 1 week before the forum date to provide you last minute logistics details and to answer any questions you may have.  We have registered you for the forum, your attendance is free, and you are welcome to stay for the entire forum.  All travel and lodging expenses are your responsibility.

Non-Commercialization
The objective of presentations is to educate, discuss issues and solutions, and not to sell products or services.  ARC and the session moderator have responsibility to ensure speakers adhere to this policy.

Publication and Rights
ARC requires publication rights to accepted presentations, including the publication of the audio and/or video recording during the presentations.  These rights are non-exclusive.  Copyright ownership is retained by the author.

Important Dates:

• Your Presentation Abstract, Bio, and Picture: ASAP
• Your Draft Presentation: Jan. 20, 2012
• Your Final Presentation: Jan. 27, 2011

The following equipment will be provided on-site:

• Windows PC with your presentation pre-loaded
• Projector for presentations
• Wireless clicker
• Podium, handheld and/or lavalier mike
• Your presentation may be audio and/or video recorded
• Bring your presentation on USB for back-up
